What factors a child’s brain development

As parents, guardians and caregivers, we all want to make sure that our children make the most of their childhood. We want to provide them with what we feel is right. We believe that with conscious efforts, we can bring up a child to their best potential and give them a fulfilling early life that they deserve.

2.    Stimulation: Children need a variety of stimulating experiences to help their brains develop and form new connections. 7.    Exercise: Physical activity and regular exercise have been shown to have a positive impact on cognitive function and brain development in children. Exercise improves cardiovascular fitness, which increases blood flow to the brain, and it also increases the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), a protein that promotes the growth of new brain cells and connections. Exercise also helps to improve focus, attention, and memory.
